 Return Policy

Returns:

Extended Holiday Returns/Exchanges: If your order is placed from November 27, 2014 through December 7, 2014. We will honor return/exchange till January 16, 2015.

*Return must be postmarked delivered to our warehouse by January 16, 2015 11:59PM

We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Sale or clearance items are exchange only.

 

At TiltedSole.com, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality footwear, quickly and at a competitive price.  Despite that, there are times when an item just doesn't work-out.  We are here to help!  With an easy to understand Exchange and Returns policy, we try to ensure you always leave satisfied and eager to tell a friend about your experience.

Our general return policy is 30 days from day of receipt for regular priced items.

Exchanges or store credit only on sale items.

Domestic Returns on Full Price Items

If for any reason, your shoes do not work out and we cannot help you locate alternative size or style, you are eligible for a free return label and a full-refund of your order cost, excluding initial shipping charges.  To be eligible for a return, your items must meet our below guidelines:

1) Items are returned in their original packaging (Do not use manufacturer box for shipping carton)

2) Items must be "as-new" condition and free of scuffs on the sole.

3) Your order was placed in the last 30 days

 

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and blowout merchandise are not eligible for a refund.  Exchanges or store credit only.

 

Coupon Items

 

Coupon discounted items are eligible for exchange/refund.  Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Defective Items

 

Defective items are eligible for a full refund.  Initial shipping costs will also be refunded (for expedited shipping).  Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.  Anything after will be a case by case basis.

 

Refusal of Delivery

 

All refused shipments returned to TiltedSole.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are not eligible for a refund on shipping costs.

 

International Returns

For international shipping, return freight must be paid by the customer for all full priced items.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us at
