At TiltedSole.com, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality footwear, quickly and at a competitive price. Despite that, there are times when an item just doesn't work-out. We are here to help! With an easy to understand Exchange and Returns policy, we try to ensure you always leave satisfied and eager to tell a friend about your experience.
Express Exchanges
We offer "Express Exchanges" for our customers who are looking for a different size, alternate color or for any reason under the sun were not satisfied. The "Express Exchange" works like this:
1) You get your package in the mail and immediately find the nearest non-scuff surface to try the shoes on.
2) Horror sets in.....they don't fit right and the shoes were for a huge date this weekend. EEK!
3) You contact one of our friendly Customer Care agents via email or phone to select an alternate size or style.
4) If an alternate size or style is avaliable, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to ship the shoes back to us. After we get confirmation (typically takes 5-10 minutes after pick-up), we will ship out your replacements same-day with free UPS Ground Shipping*
*Requires a credit card hold for the second pair of shoes. Valid only on regular priced items. Call us for details!
Domestic Returns
If for any reason, your shoes do not work out and we cannot help you locate alternative size or style, you are eligible for a free return label and a full-refund of your order cost, excluding initial shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet our below guidelines:
1) Items are returned in their original packaging (Do not use manufacturer box for shipping carton)
2) Items must be "as-new" condition and free of scuffs on the sole.
3) Your order was placed in the last 30 days
Sale and Discounted Items
Sale, blowout, and items purchased at the 15% lower price are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Coupon Items
Coupon discounted items are eligible for exchange/refund. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please ship the item to:

Defective Items
Defective items are eligible for the "Express Exchange" or "Return Policy" methods. Initial shipping costs will also be refunded. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Anything after will be a case by case basis.
Refusal of Delivery
All refused shipments returned to TiltedSole.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are not eligible for a refund on shipping costs.
International Returns
For international shipping, return freight must be paid by the customer for all full priced items. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us at:
