With an easy to understand Exchange and Returns policy, we try to ensure you always leave satisfied and eager to tell a friend about your experience.
Express Exchanges
We offer "Express Exchanges" for our customers who are looking for a different size, alternate color or for any reason under the sun were not satisfied. The "Express Exchange" works like this:
1) You get your package in the mail and immediately find the nearest non-scuff surface to try the shoes on.
2) Horror sets in.....they don't fit right and the shoes were for a huge date this weekend. EEK!
3) You contact one of our friendly Customer Care agents via email or phone to select an alternate size or style.
4) If an alternate size or style is avaliable, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to ship the shoes back to us. After we get confirmation (typically takes 5-10 minutes after pick-up), we will ship out your replacements same-day with free UPS Ground Shipping*
Returns
If for any reason, your shoes do not work out and we cannot help you locate anlternative size or style, you are eligible for a free return label and a full-refund of your order cost, excluding initial shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet our below guidelines:
1) Items are returned in their original packaging (Do not use manufacturer box for shipping carton)
2) Items must be "as-new" condition and free of scuffs on the sole.
3) Your order was placed in the last 60 days
Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
Defective Items
Defective items are eligible for the "Express Exchange" or "Return Policy" methods. Initial shipping costs will also be refunded.
Refusal of Delivery
All refused shipments returned to TiltedSole.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are not eligible for a refund on shipping costs.
At TiltedSole.com, we want to make the checkout process as easy to use as possible. We have a streamlined cart, minimal pop-up's and never hide the costs invovled in your order We offer multiple payment options depending on you location.
Domestic
We accept all Credit Cards: AmEx, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer PayPal for our internet savvy customers.
You billing information is handled by a 3rd party system, Authorize.net, and is be visible by any employee at TiltedSole.com for your privacy and security.
All orders are subject to provide further documentation if requested by TiltedSole.com for fraud protection purposes.
International
We accept all Credit Cards: AmEx, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. For all International orders paying by Credit Card, we require a copy of your ID and the front of the card being used to prevent fraudulent transactions. In an effort to avoid delays in processing times, we also offer PayPal Standard.

At TiltedSole.com, we like to make the buying process as easy as possible. We have found one of the ways to do this is to take the guessing out of the shipping. We offer an array of shipping methods for our Domestic and International customers including some free, some flat-rate and all of them at the lowest possible price.
Domestic Shipping
We use UPS for all shipments bound for a US destination. For PO Boxes, our friends in US Territories and our Service Men and Women overseas, we offer USPS as a low-cost option with flat-rate pricing.

International Shipping
We mark all the countries we ship to on a map in the office. Help us add some new pins! TiltedSole.com has partnered with the USPS for all our international shipments to provide the lowest cost option possible. You pay what we pay....not a euro more. As we continue to grow our partnerships with our all of our couriers, we intend to continue passing on those future savings to you.
All shipping costs can be calculated at the product page so there are no surprises at checkout! Included is the estimated time in-transit and any restrictictions.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and can be delayed by Customs Inspections.
Refused packages will be assessed a 20% restocking fee according to our Returns Policy.
