At TiltedSole.com we gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery.  The item(s) being returned must be in new condition with original packaging. 

All full priced items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.  All sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange. 

If you decide to return your item(s) you have two options.

1. You can return your item(s) with the packing slip that came in the box to one of our three stores where you will be issued a refund within 1-2 business days.
2. You can return your order to Tiltedsole.com. If you choose this option, please look up your order number below and follow the simple steps.
